Furniture making is an intimate experience; one with the ability to inspire and captivate; a furniture piece often exhibits the best capaticies of humanity, past and present. It is this sentiment and the love of artistry that compelled my family to create EPOCA some forty years ago.
It all began with a vision from our Founders Fidel Bautista and Julia López. They dreamt of creating something entirely different for the furniture world; pieces with unique original designs, with a touch of maximalism, beautifully hand-crafted by true artisans out of the finest materials, all of them carefully selected from sustainable providers around the world. It didn’t have to be about spending a small fortune – furnishing was more than that, furnishing was intimate. It was the dedication of this family, the commitment to offering exceptional furniture pieces and the unique talent of the founders that led us to where we are now. Artisans hand-crafting personalised pieces and quitely furnishing some of the world’s best properties.
It is now my privilege and a joy to bring this dream into a new generation. Creativity drives us forward, and we continue to be inspired by the splendour of all that surrounds us on a daily basis. As EPOCA grows and grows, so does our desire to reach more furniture lovers. This feels like only the beginning.

Each one of our pieces is carefully hand-crafted in Spain by our exceptional team of artisans, who have passed down their wisdom and love for furniture generation to generation. Despite using old traditional crafting techniques we accept high volumen orders and participate in the furnishing of high residential projects or hotels, no matter the size.
From the solid frames and table tops to paper thin veneers used in the marquetry inlays, we consider every piece a true work of art deserving our most daring and meticulous attention. All our pieces are carefully hand-crafted to ensure total precision and the most beautiful result.

Entirely original in designs, each one of our furniture pieces can be fully customised to your taste. Upon request modifications might be applied to design, dimensions, materials and finishes and watch your creation come to life.

Our in-house team of designers will provide detailed technical drawings of each selected item to ensure it is manufactured to the detail according to your preferences. As per your request wood or fabric samples may be provided. We offer you a wide range of materials and finishes to easily choose from. You have the last word on how your furniture is manufactured. Once technical designs and samples are approved your order is immediately transfered to our production department. Our artisans will hand-craft and finish your furniture according to your selection. If need, we deliver directly to the address of your convenience. Our furniture ships in wooden crates for absolute protection, and we deliver worldwide.
